Illustrations of vintage boats
Для оформления архитектурного проекта дома заказчику нужны были иллюстрации советских моторных лодок. Целью было представить лодки как коллекционный объект, но найти качественный фотографии лодок в отреставрированном состоянии оказалось проблемой. Моей задачей как иллюстратора было представить их в стиле яхт Riva: единый ракурс, свинцовые оттенки воды, винтажный стиль в сочетании с отреставрированным, функциональным состоянием. /
The illustratrations of soviet motor boats were requested as a part of a chalet design project. The plan was to show the boats as a collectible item. It was found challenging to acquire any photos of these boats in good condition, so it was decided to create illustrations instead. Because of that, my main goal in drawing these illustrations was to visually restore the boats, to give them a fresh and modern look yet preserve the vintage feeling. As a reference the photos of Riva yachts were used, characterized by frontal perspective and golden-hour light reflecting on leaden colored water.
